Victor Fox is affected by a psychic pathology that makes it very difficult for him to relate to people. For this reason, he decides to leave a prestigious job to take refuge in writing, without knowing that it ceases to be an intimate act at the moment of the publication of the work. Victor Fox will look for someone to do this work for him, which will give rise to a series of tensions that will ultimately become a dead end. And all this, in a novel in which the author, the narrator and one of the main characters coincide in the same person, showing a committed narration because it overcomes the danger of narcissism on the edge of confession.
