INFORMATION

These four songs are just a sample of what L'Équilibriste listens to for a while, before shaping it with guitars, reverbs or drums, and that months later will have the right color to be part of a finished album. In listening to them I have always thought that they have a special taste, vintage, raw, what the author has created without emperons, with feelings that are recorded for the first time, without fear of diction, without checks or errors of agreement, without pedals or computers, ... I imagine Robert Johnson, more than eighty years ago, showing his ideas to his friends, if he could, with the original satisfaction of having managed to record a sound and now seems to have no importance. It made us want to release an album like that, just like that; but then we'll leave it in a sample. The past is past, there's no need to resurrect it, but if you bother to listen to these songs as they are, you'll know what I'm talking about.
