Good and evil are an inherent part of human nature. Nocturn sense estrelles reveals the deeply tragic and redeeming story of an enigmatic character. A madman, an avenger, an enlightened one? Nowadays in Mallorca, largely subjected to the ups and downs of the tourist sector, a murderer leaves the bodies of young girls on the island's beaches. Between an atmosphere of fear and death, in the middle of summer, the problems generated by the threat of an economic and social crisis are imposed. The fate of a modern and well-off society lies in the hands of a single person, the beach killer. The voices that give life to the characters of Nocturn sense estrelles are intertwined to build a novel about loneliness and revenge, about madness and fear, about the enigmas of the mind and the mysteries of the soul. Martorell presents us with a novel in which man's nature - at times ruthless and cruel, at times fair and magnanimous - becomes the main protagonist of the story.
