Sebastià Bennasar
Manuel de Pedrolo, manual de supervivència
INFORMATION
Manuel de Pedrolo was born on April 1, 1918 and died, at the age of 72, on June 26, 1990. He was the author of more than 120 works of poetry, theatre, novels, novels, short stories, diaries, epistolary volumes, press articles ... Therefore, one of the most prolific creators of Catalan literature. He tried to cover and explain, on the one hand, the human condition and, on the other, the country and where it should go. Mecanoscrit del segon origen is one of the most widely read books in Catalan and, even so, Pedrolo may now seem like a forgotten author.
"Pedrolo, you don't finish him," say his connoisseurs. The meaning of this phrase is only understood when you discover the immensity and intensity of his literary legacy. Indeed, Pedrolo, you do not finish ... but you can try to move around him. This book wants to be a survival manual to try.
A great tool for those who want to explore the most creative and extensive literary universe of Catalan literature.
