INFORMATION

The corpses of two politicians are found in Valencia. They were involved in the past in corruption schemes, wich were attributed to a regional minister, who, before being sentenced for these crimes, managed to flee to the other side of the world. Now, all suspicions fall upon him, but no one knows his whereabouts, not even his own family. His wife is a high class lady fallen on hard times, that has her head in the clouds sinse the politician's hasty disappearance. His son, a would-be novelist, wants to write his great novel from his father's tribulations, while his ex-lover, a journalist, wants to discover what is  behind the killings before the police's official investigation or the extraofficial one, run by the involved politicians that have already started their own. La cara B is a unique, sharp, fast-paced, ironic, funny novel that one reads all in one go, a roman noir that features all the elements of the genre.
