Since the 40’s decade until the end of the 20th century, in Porreras (Majorca) there’s been an important social-economic movement around the production and commercialization of the apricot (Prunus armeniaca). During the summer moths, a great part of the population was dedicated to the collection and the drying of the apricot.

This book gathers the story of this activity now virtually disappeared.
