Free Dance and Body Expression

Literally translated as Dance of Ecstasy, Ecstatic Dance was born in Hawaii in 2000, and later spread throughout America and Europe.

It is a non-verbal sensitive experience, where through dance and movement different soundscapes and the sensations that accompany them are explored.

It creates an intimate and safe space where participants feel comfortable to open up to the experience and express themselves freely.

Music is the only guide and is the responsibility of the DJ, who chooses the appropriate themes and styles for each phase of the session.

There are only three guidelines: no shoes, no words and no judgments.

The activity begins with a circle where the dynamic is explained and closes with another circle where the experience is shared among the participants.
