At the beginning of the summer of 2011 Álex Besalduch (El Niño Alcalino) decides to embark on the adventure of recording a solo album with original songs discarded from previous projects. In this record, we find a musical journey through the different styles of black music: swing, soul, boogalooo, funk, disco ... The band also introduced unsual instruments in black music bands, such as the lute or the bombardino, and experimented with textures and sonorities with the intention of recovering freshness and improvisation in the recording process.
