Bardín el Superrealista

Bardín is a regular guy who thinks that nothing is too extraordinary. For example, he doesn’t feel extraordinary that the term superrealism (exact translation of the French “surréalisme”, which meant exactly “above reality”) was not widely adopted in English and that, in time, it ended up being adopted as a simple phonetic adaptation of the French word. Max does not think it is extraordinary that, in his teenage years, he lived in confusion thinking that surrealism meant exactly the opposite of what it means, since he thought that the word came from “sub-realism”, undoubtedly because of the association with the subconscious vindicated by the surrealists. This work was awarded with the National Prize for Comic 2007.
