Maia Planas, soprano, and David Mohedano, pianist, have been sharing the stage and common projects for more than 10 years. Now they are accompanied by Concha Novo and the art of her castanets to present "Anda Jaleo!", a program focusing on Spanish folk song. The first part consists of the popular "Canciones españolas antiguas" compiled and harmonized by Federico García Lorca. The second part includes the famous "Siete canciones populares españolas" by Manuel de Falla, which are popular songs taken to the maximum power. The program is completed with a sonata of Father Martín i Soler, a solo piano work by Issac Albéniz and the intermission "La Boda de Luis Alonso", by G. Giménez.
