He is a writer, teacher and critic.  

He has published the short story books Exercicis de desaparició (Bearn Prize, 1999) and Mans plegades (2004). His first book of poetry was La set, published in 2007. A year later, the novel Pèls i senyals appeared. He is the author of the poems Percaceries (2010) and Talls d'ombra (2012), and the novel Veus al ras (2016). He has written the essay Els darreres de l'illa (2014), about travel literature.
