I am a Brazilian musician, with a rather strange and self-taught musical background. I am interested in almost all musical styles, but when it comes to composing or performing a song, I tend to take them to my favourite terrains, and these usually reside in Brazilian folklore or in the middle of jazz and classical music. In 2007 I decided to study sound engineering in Madrid and since then I have been mixing the life of an artist with that of a producer/engineer in my studio, AraraMusicLab. I seek to make original music. To surprise, to caress, to bring a message of hope and softness. I seek to pay homage to my influences and toast to my culture. My greatest desire in life is to share my creative essence and help people through music. I believe that when we are authentic in composition and in the expression of this authenticity, we create a very interesting bridge that is quite revealing/healing for both the audience and the artist. A real catharsis. I like emotion through energy, vibration, frequencies. It is also my favourite way of tuning myself to the natural process of the universe: movement. In March 2023, my first album as a composer was released by the Swedish label ¨ajabu!¨. On this album I collaborated with artists such as Monica Salmaso, Vanessa Moreno, Jurandir Santana, Zé Luis Nascimento, Lakki Patey, Ivan Sacerdote, Myrddin De Cauter and many others. I have played in festivals such as ¨Ten Samba, Jazz Voyer Festival, Banyalbujazz...in theatres and concert halls in Portugal, Spain and Brazil¨. I have collaborated in albums with Highlands Project, Matutero, SAÓ, SALVATGE COR, etc.... In 2023 I am looking for collaborations with Booking Agents so I can expand my music.
