The Enseble Lumière is an initiative of the musician and composer Miguel Ángel Aguiló. The aim is to establish a link through which the unusual audience of classical music concerts can come into contact with the orchestral world and its sonorities.

The project includes the creation of a stable group of twelve musicians who, under the name Ensemble Lumière, can tour around the islands offering their informative and pedagogical concerts. For this formation a specific repertoire is being created, with a language that makes these sonorities accessible to the general public, more attracted by pop, jazz or light music. The repertoire will always have descriptive sonorities, close to the world of soundtracks, which brings it closer, from the outset, to an unusual audience. There will also be waltzes, tangos, boleros... always in a classical sonority, but preserving the musical forms.
