Eleph&Castle is formed by Gori Bujosa (Palma, 1991) on guitar and Pau Coya (Palma, 1990) as vocalist. Although they've known each other since adolescence, Eleph&Castle's project doesn't start definitively as such until March 2013, when they start publishing home videos on Youtube playing their own songs. During the summer they travel around different parts of the island presenting their songs and their versions of songs known to everyone.
At the end of 2013, they released their first EP, Flashing Firing Lights, self-published. Then, they define their style as acoustic pop with touches of folk and soul.
During the summer of 2014, they continue to tour around different Mallorcan venues on acoustic and, at the same time, begin to compose what will be their second album. It is by writing these songs that they realise that they will sound better accompanied by a band. In October 2014, they enter Palma's Can Puc studio and, with Enric Hernaiz, record their second album, Actions, Intentions and Consequences, with a much more pop sound, which was presented on 23rd November in Palma's Sala Dante. Although they continue to work on acoustic, now accompanied by violinist Joan Colomar, they have a band made up of Pau Coya (vocals), Gori Bujosa (electric guitar), Luis Bayón (bass), Nacho Valestrini (guitar, acoustics), Miquel Marquet (drums), Amy Peñalver (trumpet) and Joan Colomar (violin).
