Conchi Almeda
She trained as an actress at the Col-legi del Teatre, at the Estudio Festino Barocco and at the Estudio Nancy Tuñón. Since 2009, she has been part of Javier Galitó-Cava's Meisner Technique Programme.
On the other hand, she has prepared herself as a dancer and has learned circus techniques air acrobatics in silks and trapeze.
Co-founder of Cia. del Aviador together with Miquel Ángel Raió, director of the company, she has premiered the works Els Accidents del Petit Príncep, Cristalls Irisats de Plàstic Xinès, Límits, Creeps, Last Christmas (directed by Rocío Manzano) and Maybe this time (directed by Lluqui Herrero). Currently, she plays classroom theatre in Institutes with the play Harley Quinn Stalkejada and prepares the play Llops Tristos. Miquel Ángel Raió y cia. del Aviador sign both projects.
Previously, she had participated in different theatrical creations such as El Burguès gentilhome de Molière directed by Pep Antón Gómez or Gòtic Urbà, directed by James de Paul. She also created the performance groups Les Baches and Proyecto Barbarella.
In the audiovisual field, she has participated in different feature films such as Antonio cumple 50 by Alejandro Mira and La Revolución de los Ángeles by Marc Barbena, in short films such as bcn-berlín and Torcida by Miquel Àngel Raió, Mi padre es Björn Borg de Elisabeth Rodríguez , La charnega de Marta Polo o El Audífono de Samuel Quiles-Palop, in videoart as Dorments de Miquel Àngel Raió and in TV series as Pelotas (TVE), El cor de la ciutat y Secrets de família (TV3) and El Comisario ( tele 5).
She has a degree in Humanities and a postgraduate degree in Text Editing from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and IDEC, respectively.
