Boneology is a jazz quintet formed in early 2016 aiming at spreading the music made by the trombone masters of the twentieth century, specifically J.J. Johnson and Kai Winding. The quintet showcases themes and original arrangements recorded in the 1950s and 60s. Standart Swing and Bebop heads and some original compositions by Johnson are part of a repertoire that does not leave the audience cold.
