Antoni Vidal Ferrando (Santanyí, Mallorca, 1945). In addition to the three novels included in this book, Vidal Ferrando is author of an extensive body of work as a poet, a genre he has cultivated all of his life. His books have been translated into several languages, among which Galician, French, Italian, Romanian, Russian and Spanish. He has also published diaries and short stories.
